José María García González
Lead designer for Ze García. While a passion for arts and fashion was idle at an early age, it manifested itself openly when, very young, García González started selling paintings with different techniques, joining the circle of art exhibitions in his hometown.
After art-related studies, he joined the Escuela de Artes y Técnicas de la Moda at the Ramón Llull University of Barcelona. He later attended classes at the college of design, at the same university.
At only 23 years of age, he was already working in the studio of José Castro as atelier assistant, for brands like Dicktons, Desigual and Escada, and as a fashion stylist for names like Karen Millen.
Before jumping on board the Ze García project, he had been working as a fashion stylist and visual merchandiser for the Emporio Armani group.
